Masters Level Psychotherapist

Accepting clients 12+, teens and adults.  Lindsay is a dedicated therapist with experience working with people of many ages, races, ethnicities, and diagnoses. With a strong belief in the collaborative nature of the therapist-client relationship, Lindsay views each therapy session as a genuine partnership in which the client brings expertise about their own life and she provides the therapeutic tools to help them achieve their desired goals. Employing a person-centered, solutions-focused approach to therapy, Lindsay combines empathy, understanding, and humor to assist clients in clarifying their concerns, exploring the origins and impacts of those concerns, and devising practical strategies to address them and alleviate associated emotional distress. She has experience working with people who have dealt with significant trauma, grief and loss, or who want someone to talk to as they adjust to life's many challenges.
